REIKI SESSION
Reiki is a form of guided energy therapy for stress reduction and relaxation that boosts natural healing. It was discovered by Mikao Usui and brought to the United States in the early 1920's. "Rei" refers to a Higher Intelligence or Spiritual Wisdom that guides the functioning of the universe and "Ki" is the Japanese word meaning "universal life force energy" which flows through all living beings as well as all matter. When ki becomes blocked and ceases to flow through our bodies and surrounding energy fields, we can suffer from a host of ailments or discomforts that may be physical, mental and/or emotional in nature. Because the flow of ki is necessary in order to maintain good health, things like stress, anger, negativity, fear, and a myriad of life traumas, past and present may all contribute to "dis-ease" in the human body. Reiki energy brings the body back to a state of balance and wellness, gently and painlessly.
The Reiki practitioner channels healing life force energy through the hands and spiritual guidance directs the Reiki to affected areas of the body and energy fields. Once any blockages are released, the ki is free to flow normally and naturally again, restoring the body to its balanced state. Reiki clients report feeling lighter, calmer, mentally clearer, more relaxed and experience lessened or eliminated physical pain after a session. Reiki works in conjunction with traditional treatments and other alternative healing methods.

This healing and motivational "Signature Session" couples the relaxing benefits of Reiki with any messages of love, comfort and guidance that may be communicated to the Reiki practitioner on behalf of the client. Christine, also a spiritual medium sits and channels any messages that may come through from the client's deceased loved ones, along with the angelic/spiritual realms that may assist the client as they move forward on their life journey. This information is written down, shared and given to the client as a keepsake and then an hour of soothing Reiki energy follows with the infusion of any additional messages of love and encouragement. Messages involving living loved ones may also give life clarity in this session. Please note that time "message sharing" in chairs and Reiki healing on reiki table may vary depending on what client needs most in the session. Total time is always around 90 minutes.
Reiki Infusion is an ideal way for one to experience the calming and healing effects of Reiki, while being inspired, supported and guided by those who LOVE us "Across the Veil".

PAST LIFE REGRESSION
Have you ever experienced déjà vu moments in your life? You know you have been someplace before, or have an instant connection with another person you have never met? What is this feeling of familiarity? Consider the possibility that feelings of fear, mental thought patterns, certain physical conditions, and repetitive emotional behaviors may also feel familiar in an unpleasant way - blocking us from living the life we were meant to live. EAR CONING
Ear coning or candling is an ancient form of healing and wellness. It has been useful in addressing excess ear wax, sinus issues, allergies, headaches, common colds, vertigo (dizziness), ear ringing (tinnitus) and other similar conditions. The practitioner uses a tapered candle made of a combination of 100% beeswax and unbleached cotton cloth and places it safely into the top of the ear opening. The candle is lit at the wide end and the client lays quietly and safely experiences the soothing crackling sounds while listening to soft music and receiving some healing Reiki energy if so desired. Two to three candles are generally used per ear, depending on the individual needs of the client. The service also includes a relaxing ear massage with essential oils that assists in draining any additional excess debris from the area, leaving the client uplifted and refreshed both mentally and physically.

People experience clearer thinking, sharper hearing, reduced head/face pressure, and a general overall feeling of lightness, relaxation, calmness and well-being after an ear coning/candling treatment.

REIKI INFUSION AND AROMATHERAPY
Reiki Infusion and Aromatherapy is specifically designed for the individual who wishes to experience the healing energy and spiritual guidance of a Reiki Infusion Session along with the added benefits of essential oil aromatherapy. While sitting in a comfy chair, Christine first takes the client on a relaxing and balancing inward journey that addresses areas of the body and energy field that may need healing. Specific essential oils are integrated throughout this guided meditation in order to allow deeper relaxation and alignment of body, mind and spirit. The practitioner then gently leads the client to the reiki table where Reiki energy is applied and messages of love and light from across the veil are shared.

Reiki Infusion and Aromatherapy is an all-inclusive wellness session for the client who wishes to experience healing Reiki energy, spiritual guidance through channeled messages and the awakening of the senses through high quality essential oils. Note - the essential oils are primarily experienced through sense of smell along with some taste and touch.

CONNECT & CLARITY SESSION
(In-Person or Via FaceTime)
This session is for someone who wishes to experience encouragement, clarity and loving messages from deceased loved ones, guides and guardians. Christine will channel many of these messages (before meeting with the client) and write information down in order to serve as a keepsake. Any additional messages that come through during the session will also be shared. Then, a 4 to 6 card angel card reading will reveal any additional messages that are intended for the highest good of the client and his or her personal well-being. Messages generally represent recent past, the present time and what to expect in the near future.
The Connect and Clarity session is ideal for the individual who is looking for a "spiritual check-in" either in-person or via FaceTime and wishes for a fulfilling holistic informational experience over a briefer period of time than other sessions offered at Rhythm of Life RI.

Heart and Soul Infusion Session - Table for Two

Have you ever felt so undeniably linked with another person that it makes you just want to know why you resonate with each other on so many levels ? Heart and Soul Infusion, Table for Two is a Connect and Reflect session for two people who wish to experience both individual and intertwined life information from Universal Source Energy that reveals various personal traits, life events and experiences from past and present that seem to explain why they feel so connected. Clients will sit in comfy chairs (instead of a Reiki table) and receive encouragement and loving messages from deceased loved ones and spiritual guides and guardians. This connection comes completely from a place of love and can allow the clients to relax, release, open the heart and move forward with greater ease and confidence on their life paths. The session opens with a meaningful angel card reading and the clients may request the practitioner to give Reiki energy to address any areas of concern during the session.
Heart and Soul Infusion - Table for Two allows the clients a personalized, often eye-opening experience that combines channeled messages and an angel card reading, with soothing Reiki energy healing (if so desired).
Fee: 75 Minutes - $90 per person - $180 total

Personal Sound Bath
The ancient art of sound healing and vibration allows the mind, body, and spirit to transform in whatever manner is needed most for the highest good of the receiver. Because all beings are constructed of energy, or vibrations, the sound of certain instruments or the human voice can positively affect the most intricate cellular structure of the human body to its very core. In other words, the sounds react with the body's own healing abilities to encourage positive changes or healing.
Christine features crystal singing bowls that when paired with the singing voice, is known to produce feelings of calmness, lightness, release, joy, and complete relaxation at the end of the session. The client lies on the reiki table for this session or can choose to receive sound in a comfy chair if so desired.
The session begins with an appropriate meditation, coupled with singing bowls that target specific areas of the body (chakras) to begin the healing process. Drumming, small gongs and/or other instruments may be used at the discretion of the practitioner, depending on the needs of the client. The latter part of the session is composed of Christine's voice and a large, floor crystal singing bowl that one simply must experience in order to truly appreciate its personal benefits!
The personal sound bath concludes with a gentle and meaningful song that allows the client to slowly transfer all of the healing from his or her "relaxed state of being" back into the waking state. Past Life Recall, release of physical pain, and mental clarity are some of the rewarding benefits that clients report after being immersed in the sound healing experience.

A Personal Sound Bath works its magic on every person in a unique and individual way. One does not need musical experience or musical aptitude in order to reap its many benefits. All that is required is an open mind and an open heart and the desire to Let Go and "Let It Be."

Reiki Infusion Lite is an ideal way for one to experience the calming and healing effects of Reiki, while being inspired, supported and guided by those who LOVE us "Across the Veil". Fee is less than Reiki Infusion because Christine does no channeling or writing of messages prior to client arrival. This is a LIVE experience with no paper keepsake.
