My mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for those who are called to experience the immense benefits of alternative healing and wellness in a way that will result in improved quality of life and personal growth. Restorative modalities such as Reiki, Spiritual Healing & Empowerment, Past Life Regression, Sound Therapy and Ear Coning are some of the ways we can explore your individual needs and devise goals that will be both positive and effective for you as you return to your daily life,  feeling physically, mentally and emotionally balanced and whole.      

I work with many clients individually, but also lovingly hold specifically intentioned group sessions, workshops, and meditations where like-minded individuals can come and BE with each other. And, if your desire is to become certified in one of the Reiki levels, or develop the skills in another modality, I teach regularly scheduled classes that will allow you to pursue those dreams as well.

I am passionate about my wellness work and clients hear me exclaim that I feel a natural "high" for hours after I finish a session, class or workshop. I am so honored and blessed to receive and feel Divine Guidance during these experiences, though my energy work is considered non-denominational.  I thank God Source Energy, The Universe, Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, and Spiritual Guides for leading me and helping me to do my work with honesty and integrity.
